Fraser Franks
Performance Coach
Fraser is a performance coach that helps men break through plateaus and unlock their full potential – not just in their work, but in their lives. He works with entrepreneurs, professional athletes and business leaders who want to perform at a higher level while staying grounded, fulfilled and connected.
A former professional footballer, Fraser was forced to retire in 2019 at just 28 after a heart condition required open-heart surgery. That moment reshaped his understanding of identity, vulnerability and what true resilience looks like, and ultimately led him into the world of coaching.
Since then, he has supported individuals and teams across elite sport, including within Premier League football clubs. He holds a Master’s degree from Salford University alongside qualifications in life coaching and sport psychology.
At the core of Fraser’s work is creating a safe, non-judgmental space for men to open up, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and speak honestly about their struggles. He helps clients take responsibility for their lives, break old patterns that no longer serve them and develop the emotional resilience to handle life at its toughest.
Fraser’s coaching helps men shift from surviving to thriving. Whether that means performing better on the field, growing a business, strengthening relationships, or finding a deeper sense of inner peace and purpose.
